"Kjell Borneland Academy" Was Established in the Year 2007 with a Vision to Provide Education for Needy and Underprivileged Children in Jaigaon, India

Together we can show the way to a better future for k.b. academy's students

Many swedish friends, supporters, sponsors and volunteers have since 2007 helped the school K.B. Academy in India. To all of you we want to say ”thank you very much” for your fantastic commitment.

Volunteers from Sweden have provided the school education and supporting. Swedish friends, wel-wishers and sponsors have been giving support and assistance for example; school fee, food, clothing, school library, science equipments, medical facilities, dental care, security, schoolbus, fresh water tank, emergency aid programmes and education of crisis situation (like fire, earthquakes, flooding, famine & accidents)

The Swedish support, commitment and active help will continue to be the mainstay of help to the school in the spirit of the schools founder Mr. Jay Bahadur Tamang (buddhist and father of the school's director Mr. Mahesh Moktan Tamang)

K.B Academy welcomes you to visit the school to see for yourself the positive development after all help you have given.
